Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MTS Yachts, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your experience smooth while maintaining fairness for both our guests and our operations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled yacht departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and crew scheduling.

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank—there’s often a processing delay.

If you’ve followed the steps above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at book@yachtpartydubai.ae.

Special Cases

  • Weather-related cancellations: If the trip is cancelled by us due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.
